Refund policy
We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of your order arriving in your mailbox. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
How to Process a Return or Exchange:

Please access our returns portal to manage a return request for store credit or an exchange.

Follow the instructions provided in the portal to print your return label.

Once we receive your returned items, we will promptly process your store credit or exchange.
Store Credit:

Store credit can be used on any future purchase with us and is valid for one year.

Items must be received by the carrier within the 14-day window to be eligible for store credit.

All returns must be in new or unused condition with the original tags attached.

Returns for store credit are free, and there is no return label fee. However, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exchanges:

Exchanges can be made if we have the correct item(s) in stock.

The carrier must receive items within the 14-day window to be eligible for an exchange.

All exchanges must be in new or unused condition with the original tags attached.
Gifts with Purchase (GWP):
If you received a gift with purchase with your transaction and wish to return an item, that GWP should also be returned to Pink & Red unless the items you are keeping still meet the gift threshold requirement. If you are unable to return the GWP, the value of your returned item will be reduced by the value of the GWP before an exchange or store credit is issued.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any item categorized as a Gift With Purchase (GWP) is not eligible for replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Items on sale, personalized items, swimwear, headbands that have been worn or have tags removed, and personal care items (soaps, lotions, etc.) are not eligible for return and are considered final sale. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards whether they were purchased or received as a gift.
Refunds:
Pink & Red does not offer refunds. Items approved for return can be exchanged or a store credit will be issued.
